Weather Effects
Hourly Schedule - Activates every hour on the hour and lasts for 10 minutes
Tranquil Mutation Application - Every 30 seconds, 1 crop gets the Tranquil Mutation. This goes on for 10 minutes, and 20 crops would get the mutation total

Visual Description
During the event, the sky transforms into a canvas of maple leaves and white cloud lines or appears as strange clouds in a pinkish-orange hue, forming an almost cylinder-like shape around the map. The Zen Channeller begins to radiate a blue aura while blue balls of light shoot from the Zen area in the map's center and land in your garden. Tranquil fruits emit a white bubble effect with Japanese characters (Kanji) floating around them, creating an ethereal and peaceful Japanese-inspired atmosphere.
