Works similarly like Praying Mantis, but it only works to Tropical type plants and Praying Mantis does not make fruits/crops grow bigger. Using trowel to move plants closer to Toucan does not work. The plant must be existing already. Increased Variant Chance means higher chance of getting Growth Mutations (Gold or Rainbow). Does not affect chances of getting Environmental Mutations (Frozen, Wet, Chilled, etc). Tropical refers to Coconut, Dragon Fruit, Mango, Cacao and Watermelon
