The Lobster Thermidor resembles the seafood dish which goes by the same name. Its body is shaped like a cooked lobster, with vibrant red and orange tones that suggest it’s been baked or roasted, it also has butter on top. The tail is fan-shaped and colored in shades of reddish-pink.
